  • Training Workshops– We deliver one day workshops in Incident and Crisis Management Teams.  We provide industry best practices to clients to ensure teams responsible for management significant incidents are well prepared.  Understanding systems to manage crisis and the roles of stakeholders is well ingrained but is expanded on an examination of human behaviour, body reactions under stress and what happens in the real world of crisis management
  • Audit, Review and Plan Assessments– Conduct thorough assessments of organisations Incident, Emergency and Crisis Management plans conducted through comprehensive document reviews and on site interviews with key personnel.  Our findings are normally in draft format and delivered in a workshop to ensure those plans area custom considered and clear.
  • Plan development – Upon review of existing plans, we can modify, update or re-write those plans ensuring close client interactions at every step thus providing our clients the greatest success in business continuity during extremely challenging times.
